What should I expect during my consultation?
We will send you new patient intake forms to complete prior to the appointment. You will get to meet our team. Doctor will do an an initial exam of your teeth and give a starting recommendation. We make ourselves available to answer any questions you may have. You’ll get to meet with our treatment coordinator to discuss financials for treatment. If interested in starting treatment, our orthodontic assistants will take oral records for more-in-depth assessment. A down-payment is expected before we start treatment.
How are payments made for treatment?
If you have dental insurance with orthodontic benefits, we will bill to the insurance for the maximum $ amount that expected of them to cover. The remaining balance will be divided evenly to monthly payments based on your estimated treatment time frame—auto-debited from your credit card/ debit card either on the 15th or 30th of each month.
I need a new retainer. How do I get that done?
We would schedule for you to come into our office for an updated digital scan of your teeth. The charge will depend on the type of retainer you’re looking to get. We would use the scan to order or fabricate your new retainer for you. Turn around time depends on the type of retainer you’re wanting as well.
